Yes, there is a homeowners’ association in place for The Drive.
The HOA maintains all public areas of the community, including parks, entry features, and landscaping. All estate owners are automatically enrolled in the HOA and are required to pay an annual fee so The Drive can continue to be the perfect place to live.
Yes, estate lots are available to public purchasers. You can purchase your lot directly from Beaverbrook Communities and select which builder you would like to build your estate.

To put an estate lot on hold, please contact Beaverbrook Communities.
Your estate lot will then be placed on hold for 7 days. By the end of the 7- day period, you will be required to provide Beaverbrook with the lot deposit and executed purchase agreement if you would like to proceed in building your dream estate.
